What is Online Coaching
ODC's method of online training provides each client with a completely individualized fitness, meal, & stress management plan.
Online training is ongoing, where we will work together to build a program that suits your needs and goals. This is option is comparable to in-person training. We will meet for scheduled check-ins via phone or video call for accountability and nutritional guidance and develop a weekly workout split based on your schedu

Our online coaching includes a full array of workouts from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions, giving you a new comprehensive fitness schedule every month. After we discuss what equipment, if any, you have available and answer some simple health questions, your program will be tailored to your specific goals and preferences.
Using science backed results driven techniques, every workout for the month is planned for and detail accounted (i.e. load (weight), sets, repetitions, and rest intervals).
